Dear Kranich's, Just wanted to pass on a word of customer satisfaction. I called today requesting either a receipt or appraisal form from a purchase in 1998. I spoke to Mark in your Altoona store. Not only was he pleasant to deal with, Mark was right on the request and provided me with just what I needed. As customer service is often taken for granted, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Mark.

The customer assistance that my family and I have received at the Kranich's in downtown State College in the past few months has been fantastic. Both Brad and Tim were very helpful and patient with us as we tried to pick out exactly what we wanted. They were also very easy to work with when we needed a repair. I couldn't have asked for better service than I received at the store. Thank you so much (especially to Brad and Tim) for your wonderful service. Wearing my watch makes me very happy and I wouldn't have had the same happiness without the help that you gave! I would reccomend Kranich's to anyone!

have to write you to say thank you for the wonderful act of kindness you gave me and my family recently. My mother passed away and the family wanted her to have her mother's ring. When I found the ring it was missing a stone. I knew that most jewelry stores did not have a jeweler on site and if I wanted the ring fixed I was going to need to go to Kranich's. I came into the Logan Valley Mall Store late on a Sunday night and needed the ring by Wednesday morning. The jeweler took a look at it and said to fix it right it would take two weeks or more. I told the associate that I did not have two weeks and explained the situation. He came back and told me that they would fix the ring so that it would look nice and have it for me by Tuesday and there would be no cost. The ring was fixed the next day and looked absolutely beautiful. I was overwhelmed with emotion at the kindness of your jewelry store. It meant a lot to me and my family to have the ring fixed and looking good for my mother. Thank you very much. You have shown me and my family the true meaning of uncompromising customer service.

Dear Kranichs, I recently travelled from NC to visit family in Johnstown over the Christmas holiday. Was quite fortunate to meet your sales, (Meg) and management, (Pam) staff at the Galleria Mall. Meg took in my request to buy a quality diamond piece and was quite instinctive in fitting the need. It was an excellent sales dialogue. We found the perfect item, but needed a larger arrangement. We turned to Pam for help. Pam called other Kranichs locations, found the item I needed and arranged for delivery overnight. I returned the next day and made the $1,000 purchase. I've been buying diamnds for over 25 years. Meg and Pam were absolutely remarkable in their customer service approach and conduct during a very busy time. Today I'm sharing my wife' & I's complete satisfaction with the lovely, high quality diamond pendant. Visiting several other jewelers in the week before Christmas, Meg and Pam are to be commended for outstanding work. Please relay my sincere appreciation. There is no doubt that I'll visit Kranichs again. Thank you.

A great buying experience. Scot is a terrific service rep. In addition to finding multiple options for two rather-limited search criteria, he was also very patient with us. We decided upon a beautiful diamond at an excellent price. Scot also followed up by phone and email every time he said he would. Definitely recommend Kranich's.

All communication was very quick and timley. I even received 2 phone calls once the order was placed- one to confirm the order and tell me when it would be shipped, and a second to follow up and make sure I received the package and all was ok with it! I'd definitely recommend this place to others.
