If we do not have the item in stock, we can order it from Swarovski Crystal and expect most items within two weeks. Kranich’s Jewelers offers free gift wrapping for all Swarovski Crystal purchases as well as free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Kranich’s Jewelers also offers a large selection of Swarovski retired items. Each year Swarovski introduces new items and also designates existing styles as retired items. Swarovski retired items will no longer be in production, and as a result the retired items that are currently in stock at authorized Swarovski retailers become highly desirable. Retailers are allowed to sell the retired items at a premium as the demand increases greatly for these retired Swarovski treasures. Kranich’s Jewelers policy is to sell the Swarovski retired items at the original retail or even at a discount. Kranich’s Jewelers does not charge a premium for Swarovski Crystal retired items.
